What is included
- LTL (less-than-truckload) freight from our warehouse to your address
- Liftgate service — the pallet is lowered to the ground at the curb
- Tracking details emailed once your order is picked up
- Residential and commercial addresses in the United States
Timelines
Most orders leave the warehouse within 2–4 business days of payment. Transit is usually 3–7 business days depending on distance. Truckload delivery dates are scheduled with you directly.
Before the truck arrives
- The carrier will call or text to book a delivery window
- Make sure someone is available to sign for the shipment
- Delivery is to the curb; inside delivery is not included
- A standard pallet is around 48″ × 40″ and can weigh 300–1,000 lb
Inspect before you sign
Check the pallet for visible damage before signing. If anything looks wrong, write it on the delivery receipt, take photos and email support@vertexpalletgroup.com within 48 hours.
Outside the USA
Free freight applies to US addresses only. For export orders, contact sales for a freight quote.
