Three condition grades, explained plainly
We grade every listing at lot level, so you can match the stock to how you sell it.
Customer returns
Items sent back by shoppers. Expect a mix of like-new, open-box, cosmetically damaged and some non-working units. Highest upside for resellers who test and refurbish.
Overstock
Surplus stock the retailer could not sell through. Mostly new and often still in retail packaging. Ideal for bin stores and discount shelves.
Shelf pulls
Items pulled from store shelves at the end of a season or a reset. Usually new, sometimes with price stickers or light shelf wear.

Questions buyers ask first
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every listed price includes LTL freight with liftgate delivery to any address in the United States. There is no separate freight charge at checkout.
Can I get a manifest?
Some lots come with a full manifest and others with a category breakdown, depending on the source. Contact us before ordering and we will send what is available for that lot.
Are the items tested?
No. Lots are sold as graded at lot level and are not tested item by item. Customer-return lots can include damaged or non-working units; overstock and shelf pulls are mostly new.
How fast will my pallet arrive?
Most orders leave the warehouse within 2–4 business days. Transit time is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Our listed prices and free freight cover the United States only. For export orders, contact our sales team for a quote.
